Great Value and Location! The hotel offered excellent value for the price we paid. It was one of the most affordable options we found in the city, and we were pleasantly surprised by the overall quality. The location couldn't be better - it was just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. there was a supermarket right next to the hotel, which was super convenient for grabbing snacks or necessities during our stay.

Limited Facilities and Unreliable Wi-Fi. One downside was the lack of shower rooms.

This budget-friendly accommodation is located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes walk from the MTR station, supermarkets, parks, shopping malls, and restaurants. the rooms are clean and come with private bathrooms equipped with a heater and high-pressure water. the shared kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, providing convenience. Staff are accommodating and willing to fulfill requests, such as changing rooms to those with windows.

The building is currently under construction, resulting in some noise from workers and a temporary inconvenience in terms of cleanliness at the entrance and lift.

I was really surprised by the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated near the Causeway Bay MTR station and surrounded by numerous shops. The staff at Hong Kong Inn were really good too accommodate our needs and make our stay comfortable. When we arrived in the early hours of the morning due to a delayed flight caused by a typhoon, one of the staff members personally guided us to the hotel and even offered us extra bottles of water for our children. Later, when I requested a room change for a larger and brighter space, the staff promptly showed us another room and allowed us to switch. They also kindly allowed us to check out later without any additional charges. Thank you, Hong Kong Inn, for your really good service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would happily stay here again in the future.

Wifi didn't work.

The location was perfect, with a beautiful park just around the corner and easy access to the subway. We loved starting our day with tai chi and joining in on local sports activities. The nearby national library was a gem, and we appreciated living among real Hong Kong residents. The cleanliness of the building was perfect, and our corner room on the 15th floor had a great view and lots of natural light. It was a great space for studying and writing.

great location, everything within walking distance. Third trip to Hong Kong and first enjoyable stay. Staff attentive and room equipped with AC. Safe for solo travelers.

Unreliable wifi.

Our stay at the inn was fantastic. We booked a room for two persons and were pleasantly surprised. Although it was in a different building across the road, it was still very convenient. The room itself was simple but had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space, and even a window for natural light. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. We especially appreciated their assistance in answering our questions. it was the best guesthouse we've stayed at in Hong Kong.

The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. There were sightings of ants and cockroaches in the rooms, and the issue was not fully resolved even after a room change.

As soon as we arrived at Hong Kong Inn, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. the location of the hotel was exceptional, just a 2-minute walk from Causeway Bay station. It was a lively area even late at night, with shops like Aesop and Kate Spade right next door. Everything we needed was conveniently located right at our doorstep. the room itself was clean and spacious, which was a pleasant surprise considering the small room sizes in Hong Kong. the bathroom had reliable hot water and plumbing, and the air conditioning helped combat the humidity. We were also impressed that there were no mosquitoes. the value for money was exceptional considering the living expenses in Hong Kong. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it. Cons: Nothing to mention 😊.
